EI Cores are more economical than other cores and provide the benefit of simple assembly. However, the cores don’t have self-shielding quality in them. They are available in a wide range of sizes including EI2811, EI3011, EI3313, and EI3512T. The most common applications for EI Cores are differential, power and telecom inductors, converter and inverter transformers, and broadband.
